Market Overview

Market Overview helps you to watch the market closely. There are three sections in the market overview i.e. Market Overview, Margin, and Support.

"Market Overview" allows you to select four securities/indices that you wish to closely monitor, along with the option to view the "Margin Details", "Add Funds", and "Support" options.

1. How to Open the Market Overview Page

To open the "Market Overview" page, follow these steps:

• Locate the "Market Overview" Icon on the top right-hand side of Watchlist, Security Page, Portfolio, Order Book, or Ideas page.
• Click on the "Market Overview" Icon and the Market Overview page will pop-up.
• You can see the Exchange Time displayed at the top of the page.

• By default, the four indices displayed are Nifty, Bank Nifty, India VIX, and USDINR. However, you have the option to customize these four to four stocks or indices of your choice.

• Under "Margin", you can see the Available Margin and Used Margin.

  • Click on the "More Details" and you will get redirected to the Funds page.
  • Tap on the "Add Funds" Button and you will go to the Add Funds page.

  • Under "Support", you have the option:

  • To call Geojit Customer Care, by clicking on the "Toll-Free number".
  • To connect Geojit WhatsApp Chat, by clicking on the "WhatsApp" Button.

Please Note: You can add the desired Security/ Index to the Four spots in Market Overview page by going to the Security page (Pin to Overview) of that particular Security.
