How to Open F&O Scanners
The "F&O Scanners" tab provides the Sector-Based scanning. With an extensive selection of more than "21 Scanners" within the Flip App, and you have the choice to scan based on your specific requirements.
1. How to Open the Scanners
To open the F&O Scanners page, follow these steps:
Log in to "Flip Mobile App"

Locate and navigate to the "Ideas"
tab.
Click on "F&O Scanners" option towards the bottom of the page.
You ll be redirected to the "F&O Scanners" page.
Click on the desired Sector to see the list of Securities under that particular Scan.
You have the option to switch between two views: "Heatmap View"
and "List View"
.
By default it will be in the "Heatmap view"
.
Here, the Symbols are grouped according to the "Buildup".
Under each symbol you can see the "Open Interest", and the "Change in Open Interest".
You can see four categories: "Long Buildup", "Short Covering", "Long Unwinding", and "Short Buildup".
Each group of securities can be minimized or expanded by clicking on the corresponding header. This allows you to focus on the Securities that are most relevant to you.
Click on the "List View"
Icon on the top right-hand side to get the "List View".
Here, you can see the "Symbol", "Last Traded Price" and " Change in Percentage", "Open Interest", and the "Change in Open Interest".
2. How to Filter Scan in the List View
To Filter the F&O Scanner, follow these steps:
Go to the F&O Scanners tab in the Ideas
.
Choose "List View" option by clicking on the "List View"
Icon on top RHS.
Now, you can view the Scan in "List View".
Click on the "Filter" Icon
located at the top right-hand side of the tab.
A pop-up with various "Filter" options will appear.
You can "Filter" based on "All", "Long Buildup", "Long Unwinding", "Short Covering" and "Short Buildup" by clicking on the desired options.
To apply the selected "Filters", click outside the pop-up window.
If any filter is applied the "Filter" Icon
will have a Yellow Dot on it.
To change the existing filters, click on the "Filter" Icon
again and click on the "Reset" Button.
